Al DeSimone Ultimate Champion Award

This is the highest honor presented by Charity for Champions. This will be presented to the senior who exemplifies the organization’s vision through their commitment to excellence in academics, athletics, leadership, and community service.

Athletic Achievement Award $1,500

Will be granted to the senior whose team participation demonstrated leadership skills and sportsmanship on and off the field.

Academic Achievement Award $1,500

To be granted to the senior who has demonstrated excellence in all educational disciplines.

Personal Achievement Award $1,500

To be presented to the senior who has shown commitment, dedication and perseverance in accomplishing their personal goals as well as overcoming adversity.

Leadership Award $1,500

To be presented to the senior who demonstrates exceptional leadership that has positively impacted their community and peers.

Team Fellowship Award $1,500

To be given to the senior who understands the importance of companionship and teamwork by sharing a common goal.
