2023 CHARITY FOR CHAMPIONS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The application will be available from October 1, 2022 until December 31, 2022 at 11:59 PM

* Please have all required documents complete prior to beginning the application*

1. Applications will be reviewed by the Charity for Champions committee.
2. Selected students must attend an interview with a panel that includes school staff/ coaches
3. The scholarship shall be paid directly to the student’s college/ university of choice.
4. All applicants must submit their application before 11:59 pm on Saturday December 31st, 2022 in order to be eligible. No exceptions will be made for any reason.
5. Incomplete applications will not be recognized, nor will they be judged.
6. The student must be enrolled at the institution of higher learning by December 31, 2023 following his/her high school graduation to receive a scholarship, otherwise, the scholarship shall lapse.
